New Commission Structure: Earn More with Every Referral
We've updated our agent commission structure for Q2 2026 to reward active agents even more generously. Here's everything you need to know about the new tiers and how to maximize your earnings.
The New Commission Tiers

What Changed? The previous structure had a wider gap between the Growing and Advanced tiers. We've adjusted the thresholds to make progression more achievable, especially for agents who are consistently active but may not hit the highest volumes.
How Commission Is Calculated Your commission is calculated on the total booking value (nightly rate x number of nights). For example:
- A 7-night booking at AED 350/night = AED 2,450 booking value
- At 7% commission (Growing tier) = AED 171.50 commission
- At 10% commission (Elite tier) = AED 245.00 commission
The 2% Property Acquisition Bonus On top of your booking commissions, you earn a separate 2% commission on every booking made at properties you bring to our platform. This is passive income — you don't need to be involved in the booking itself.
Example: You refer a property owner who lists their 1-bedroom apartment. That property generates AED 80,000 in bookings over 12 months. Your acquisition commission: AED 1,600 — earned automatically.
Tier Reset and Tracking Tiers are calculated on a rolling monthly basis. Your current tier and progress toward the next one are always visible in your agent dashboard. We also send weekly email summaries showing your booking count and current tier status.

- Target corporate accounts — one company contract can mean 10+ bookings per month
- Promote properties in high-demand areas during peak seasons
