Studio Apartment — Modern Comfort in a Smart Space

Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments and indoor areas. A penalty of AED 1,500 will be applied for any violation, including cigarette smell, ashes, burn marks, or evidence of indoor smoking. Cleanliness & Misuse Guests are expected to maintain the apartment in a reasonable condition throughout their stay. In cases of unusual dirtiness, misuse of furniture, excessive mess, or improper disposal of waste, a cleaning fine of AED 500 will be charged. Pets Pets are not allowed in the apartment unless explicitly approved in advance. Unauthorized pets will result in a penalty of AED 500. Damages Any damage to furniture, appliances, walls, flooring, décor, or building property will be charged according to the official report provided by our housekeeping and maintenance team. Charges will reflect the repair or replacement cost. General Conduct Guests must respect neighbors, building rules, and quiet hours. Any behavior that causes disturbance, property misuse, or safety concerns may result in additional charges or immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
